課程摘要：
根據(jù)VieSID（維也納跨學(xué)科牙科學(xué)院）的哲學(xué)理念中的功能-咬合觀念而言，對于功能性紊亂或者無功能性紊亂的復(fù)雜病例的治療，需要運用跨學(xué)科的方法，即包括最常見的牙科分支----正畸或修復(fù)手段。
The initial therapy with an occlusal splintallows the symptomatology to be resolved and to test the therapeutic position.
初始治療中合板的使用可以解決患者的癥狀并檢測治療位的準確性。
The subsequent orthodontic therapy allows to reopen spaces of the missing teethto be reopened, the vertical dimension to be increased, the inclination of theocclusal plane to be corrected and the mandibular to be repositioned threedimensionally.
隨后的正畸治療可以打開缺失牙齒的空間，增加垂直距離，調(diào)整咬合平面，在三維空間內(nèi)對下頜再定位。
Implanttherapy will allow you to have the back support, the control of the verticaldimension, and to guide the mandible in a sagittal and traversal reposition(3D).
種植治療將為你提供后牙支持，控制垂直距離，并引導(dǎo)下頜在矢狀面和冠狀面再定位。
Proceedand verify the therapeutic position by reassembling the temporary crowns in thearticulator and valuate the R.P. (reference position) and any corrections to bemade on the resin so as to reach the therapeutic position (TRP).
通過在合架上重新安裝臨時冠，評估RP位（參考位），調(diào)整樹脂調(diào)磨來達到治療位（TRP）并進一步驗證治療位。
Wecan say that the position of the implant, the consequent bone tissue managementand the subsequent prosthetic reconstructions are gnathologicallyguided.
我們可以說種植體的位置-----隨之進行骨組織的管理，及接下來的修復(fù)重建通過合學(xué)引導(dǎo)進行的。
The control of the verticaldimension and the individual inclination of the occlusal plane allow the threedimensional repositioning of the mandible in the therapeutic position (TRP).The bruxchecker highlighted anocclusion that respected the occlusal concept of Prof. Slavicek and was able tocontrol the parafunction.
垂直距離的控制和個性化咬合平面可以將下頜在三維的方向上調(diào)整到治療位（TRP）。根據(jù)Prof.Slavicek的咬合理念可以利用磨牙檢測器來檢測咬合，并且可以控制副機能紊亂。
